Grandma's tuna potato chip casserole

Ingredients
1 can cream of mushroom
1/2 cup milk
2 cans tuna, drained
1 cup potato chips, semi-crumbled

Directions
1. Add first 3 ingredients to pyrex, top with chips.
2. Cook at 375 for 30 minutes.
