Grapes pickle

Red grapes-200g
Garlic-20 cloves (sliced )
Mustard seeds-1/2 tspn
Fenugreek seeds/powder-1/4 tspn
Green chilli-4-5 sliced
Red Chilli powder-2-3tspn
Hing/ asafoetida/Kayam-1/4 tspn
Lemon juice-2tblspn
Oil-1/4 cup + 2tblspn

1. Remove grapes from stem, wash and dry them completely.
2. Heat 1/4 cup oil in a pan and add grapes to it.Stir continuously for 2-3 mints.
Grapes will become soft and juice will ooze out fromn them.Remove from stove and transfer to another bowl ( along with oil and oozed out juice )
3. Heat 2 tblspn oil a pan and splutter mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds ( if your are using fenugreek powder,add it afterwards with other powders )
Then add garlic and green chillies.Mix well ( no need to make them change colour ) Then add chilli powder and hing ( in lowest flame ).saute well and add grapes to it.Sprinkle enough salt.Stir well for another 1-2 mints.Remove from fire.
Finally add lemon juice and mixx well.
4. Transfer to air tight and dry containers and keep in refrigerator
