Green Smoothie w/minerals of Amy Jessup - Recipefy

1 small avocado 1.00 Cup, Frozen Mixed Berries
2 cups water
1 Tbsp diatomaceous earth
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups kale
3 cups spinach
1 scoop vanilla whey protein

1. Combine, blend, drink!

2. This is an excellent recipe that gives you most of your vitamins and minerals in one go.

4. This is about a 5 block servings, enough for a very large very active male. If you don't need a whole 5 blocks, just save some for a later snack.
