Gulab jambu

Ingredients
2 cups milk powder
½ cup white flour
3 cups of sugar and 6 cups water for syrup
Elachi
½ tsp baking powder
Thick cream, one cup or less according to softness
Oil for frying
Directions
1. Mix milk powder, flour, baking powder and cardimon powder. Leave it.
2. Bind into dough with thick cream.
3. Make small round balls
4. Leave syrup to cool
5. Fry balls in slow fire
6. When slightly cool, put in cool syrup.
7. Leave it for an hour or two.
8. Boil again, until it comes to boil and remove from fire.
