1. Traditional turkey gravy is a combination of fat (roasted turkey pan drippings)mixed with stock (chicken, turkey or vegetable)and a roux (white flour and water to thicken the gravy). This recipe is not among the superfoods list for anyone but we can use this as the recipe of Thanksgiving Day. Reason behind this is the noteworthy benefits of this recipe.
