2 cups of flour
2 tablespoons of baking powder
1 Teaspoon of salt
2 Tablespoons of dry milk
1 cup luke warm water
Vegetable oil

1. 1) Use a wooden spoon to mix all the ingredients in the bowl. Generously sprinkle a clean, flat surface with the flourplace the dough on the surface & knead (Squeeze, press, or roll with hands) for about 3 minutes. sprinkle additional flour over the dough & your hands as you work

2. 2) shape the dough into about eight small or four large balls. Use your fingers to flatten each ball to a thickness of about 1/4 inch, and set them aside on the work surface until all the balls are flattened. The loaf shapes may vary, but that is fine

3. 3) Pour the oil in the frying pan to a depth about 1/2 inch and heat the oil on medium high for a few minutes. Cover a plate with a paper towel and set it aside

4. 4) Fry the flattened loaves on one side until lightly brown, then once slightly brown use a spoon to flip. Then Transfer to plate & let it cool

5. Once cool, ENJOY
