Homemade beef stew recipe

4 lbs roast, cut into medium large peices
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 onion, cut into bite size pieces
2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size peices
1 cup marsala wine
5 carrots, peeled and cut into bite size
3 stalks of celery, cut into bite size
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
3 1/2 cups beef broth
1 fresh rosemary and thyme: off stem
1 frozen baby peas
1 salt and pepper

1. 1. Cut veggies/ meat/ everything else:

2. 2. Add the olive oil to a large pot, on high heat: (make sure it's hot)

3. 3. Put the meat in: put salt and pepper: coat the meat: cook meat 5 to 7 mins or until brown:

4. 4.when done, take meat out, and put on plate: (set aside)

5. 5. Then put veggies in pot: season with salt and pepper: let cook for 5 mins: add flour over veggies: stir constantly for 2 mins:

6. 6.add Marusla wine: and beef stock: and herbs: bring to a high boil: (put meat back in)

7. 7. Lid on, cook for 45 mins, checking so often and stirring: when done, add in peas and let it warm threw for 3 mins: serve on plate
