homemade bread sticks recipe~

3 1/4 cups bread flour
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/4 cups warm water, 110*

(for the topping:)
1 Tbsp granulated garlic
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp sea salt
5 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1. 1. In a large measuring cup, sprinkle yeast on top. Add sugar: stir. set aside 3 to 4 mins, till it gets foamy.

2. 2. In a bowl with the bread flour, and salt, put in standing mixer. Add both sugars in mixer.

3. 3.When yeast is foamy on top, add in mixer and olive oil. Mix on low speed. Mix together: then increase speed to medium speed: ( 4 to 5 mins) till you get smooth dough.

4. 4.When dough is done, take out of mixer. Form into a smooth ball: Put in a bowl with olive oil, and rub the dough with olive oil both sides well: Cover with plastic wrap, and put somewhere warm (Miro-wave ^^) and let rise for an hour or until doubled:

5. 5.When done, put some flour on table: Put dough on floured table:
sprinkle a little flour on top of dough:

6. 6.Take a rolling pin and roll into a a same thickness:

7. 7.Take a cutter knife, and make little marks on the dough: Cut them
into long strips, and twist them one time: Put on baking sheet lined
with parchment paper:

8. 8.Cover them with a kitchen towel, and let rest 30 mins, till double size: Preheat oven to 400*.

9. 9.When done, in a small bowl, take the sea salt, Italian seasoning,
granulated garlic and mix together.

10. 10.In a another small bowl, take melted butter and brush the tops
of bread. Take seasoning and sprinkle on top.

11. 11.Go in oven 400*, 12 mins till golden brown. When done, brush with more melted butter: not too much or it will soaky.
