1 graham cracker pie crust
5 package(s) cream cheese ( at room temperature )
1 cup sour cream
1 lemon zest
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/4 cup SPLENDA
1/4 cup flour

1. 1. Spray inside spring form pan with non stick spray: put the graham cracker crust inside spring form pan.

2. 2.put cream cheese in bowl: add sugar, the eggs, sour cream, flour, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Salt. Mix together.

3. 3.pour batter inside spring form pan. Smooth together: bake 325* for 1 hour And 20 mins.

4. 4.take out of spring form pan, and put on cake plate stand.

5. * Optional* Spread the top with cheery preserves, and add fresh berries and raspberries on top
