homemade corn tortillas recipe

1 1/3 cups masatarina flour
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
3/4 tsp salt

1. 1. In a bowl, mix together the flour & salt.

2. 2. In a cup with the warm water, add vegetable oil. Then add it to flour;

3. 3.Use hands, and mix together;

4. 4.Cover the whole thing with a damp paper towel, and let rest for 10 mins.

5. 5.Take your Tortilla warmer, and put a clean kitchen towel in side. Set aside.

6. 6.Preheat cast oven medium high 5 to 10 mins.

7. 7.Put dough on table: Shape into log form; divide dough, and cut (8 slices) on both logs, and put back in bowl:

8. 8. With your tortilla presser, take two pieces of plastic; on one presser; take dough and roll like ball; put on base, and put a another piece of paper on top. press.

9. 9.Peel off paper, and put on grill.

10. 10.Then put in tortilla warmer;
