Ingredients for 7 people
1 3/4 cups water
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 cups fresh lemon juice ( 7 lemons)
4 Tbsp lemon zest

Directions
1. 1. In a sauce pan, add sugar & water. Cook till sugar dissolves and turn off.
2. 2.In a bowl, zest the lemon and lemon juice.
3. 3.When sugar is dissolved, pour in bowl. stir. cover and put in fridge overnight, while also putting the insert of ice cream machine in freezer overnight.
4. 4.Next day: Pour lemon mixture in Ice cream machine
