Homemade pasta dough recipe ^^ ( for ravioli)

2 3/4 cups flour
3 whole eggs
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
1 pasta machine

Prep. Time → 10 min

1. 1. In a food processor, add flour.

2. 2.Beat Eggs in bowl, and put in food processor.

3. 3. Dizzile olive oil in food processor: Add salt.

4. 4.Turn on, pluse till course crumbs.

5. 5.Pluse while adding water at the exact time:
6.When done, take sticky dough out of processer:

6. 7.Flour surface on table: sprinkle some flour on top of dough: knead it.

7. 8.In a bowl, sprinkle flour in it. Put dough in it, and cover with plastic wrap and put in fridge for 30 mins.
9.Take a baking sheet, and put parchment paper on top, and put corn meal or samedica on top of paper.

8. 10. Flour table again. Put dough back on table, and sprinkle flour again. Flatten like disc:

9. 11.Cut dough to 8 equal pieces: (down the middle, side, and across) and put on corn meal paper:

10. 12.Take each one, and form into a patty like.

11. 13.For the pasta dough, adjust it to the widest setting:

12. 14.Put dough in pasta machine first time:

13. 15.Next, fold it, and pass it through again:

14. 16.You want your dough to be thin, but not too thin:

15. 17.When done, fold it again, flour it well, and do it one last time.
