Homemade vanilla cake from scratch recipe

3/4 cup unsalted butter at room temp.
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup whole milk
1 chocolate mocha fudge froasting for topping

1. *Use with Mocha Fudge frosting recipe*

2. 1. Preheat oven to 350*. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with non stick cooking spray, and line the bottom with parchment paper.

3. 2. In a bowl, add butter: and sugar: mix together.

4. 3.Add eggs: whisk. add vanilla extract, milk, and sour cream. mix.

5. 4.Add baking powder, flour & salt: mix.

6. 5.Pour into baking pan: spread to make even: Put in oven, 25 to 30 mins. let cool complete.

7. 7.Take cake out, and put on plate.

8. 8. Pour froasting on top of cake, and smear on top: Let set for 10 mins before serving
