Homemade yellow mexican rice recipe

1 cup white rice, cooked
to taste Olive oil
1 onion ( small, chopped )
1 red peppers ( seeded and chopped )
1 canned tomatoes ( crushed )
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 chicken stock ( can )
4 clove(s) garlic ( chopped )
to taste salt and pepper

1. 1. In a skillet with olive oil, put pepper and onion and garlic: salt and pepper: till caramelized.

2. 2.Add rice. Stir. 30 seconds, stir consistently.
