Honey glazed salmon steaks

Ingredients for 2 people
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp Thai sweet chili
1 tbsp honey
1 clove of pressed garlic
Small pinch of Thai five spice
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 Salmon steaks

Prep. Time → 60 min
Cook Time → 6 min

Directions
1. Mix all ingredient apart from salmon stakes into paste
2. Brush paste all over salmon steaks and leave to marinate in a fridge for an hour (you may want to leave a little left to serve the cooked salmon with)
3. Heat pan to high head and add a little oil
4. Cook steaks on each side for 3 minutes
