honey oat bread recipe

1 envelope of yeast
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup honey
3 Tbsp unsalted butter: melted
1 1/3 cups warm water
3 cups bread flour
1 bread loaf pan
1 cup quick oats
1/3 cup non fat dry milk powder
2 Tbsp honey: warm to runny
3 Tbsp oats

Prep. Time → 10 min

1. 1. Put Honey in a measuring cup, and spray with non-stick spray first before put honey in.

2. 2. In a bowl with the warm water, add the honey, butter, and yeast. Stir a little and set aside.

3. 3. In a bowl with dry Ingredients, mix together.

4. 4. Put dry Ingredients in mixer with dough hook.

5. 5.When yeast is active, add to dry Ingredients.

6. 6.On Medium- high speed, mix everything together until dough:

7. 7.Take dough out: In a bowl with oil, put dough in, and make sure both sides are oiled. Wrap with plastic wrap, and put in warm to rise for an hour:

8. 8.Spray bread loaf pan with non-stick pan.

9. 9.Put flour on table: put dough on table:

10. 10. Roll the bread like a cal zone shape. Pinch the top, and flip down. Should be bread shape:

11. 11.Put bread dough in loaf pan, and cover with plastic wrap and put in somewhere warm to rise again: (hour or so)

12. 12. Melt honey in Miro wave: take a pastry brush, and brush top of bread.

13. 13.Preheat oven to 350*

14. 14.Take some oats, and sprinkle on top.

15. 15.Put in oven for 40 mins
