I Need a Coffee Bliss Balls of librarychick4405 - Recipefy

2 tablespoons of finely ground coffee (I found this to be too much - try 1 tablespoons next time)
3/4 cups activated cashews
1/2 cup walnut halves
1 1/2 oz cashew butter (40ml)
1 1/4 oz maple syrup (40ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 medjool dates pitted
1/2 cup golden or brown linseed meal (I didn't have this and used almond meal and it seemed to work OK)
1 1/2 cacao powder

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 0 min

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor.

2. Roll into balls and keep in the fridge for up to a couple of months.
