Instant Pot Broccoli Soup of Lori McAleer - Recipefy

1 pound fresh broccoli chopped
8 oz cheddar cheese
1 small onion chopped
3 cups chicken broth
2 cups milk or heavy cream
1 cup shredded carrots
2 tbs hot sauce (optional)
1/4 tsp nutmeg
8 0z Cream Cheese

1. 1. Place chopped onion, carrots, broccoli, Nutmeg, and chicken broth in the Pot.

2. 2. Add 8 oz Cream Cheese

3. 3. Place on Manual high pressure for 4 minutes.

4. 4. Do a quick release and stir in milk or heavy cream.

5. 5. Place pot back on saute until for about 5 minutes. Do not bring to boil.

6. 6. Stir in cheese and hot sauce after cheese is melted.

7. 7. Serve with bread or crackers.
