Italian sausage soup

1 Pkg Italian Sausage
3 Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano
3 Cans Chicken Broth
1 1/2 Cups of Medium Sized Noodles (ex: penne, bowtie)
Baby Spinach
Italian Cheese

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 25 min

1. Heat a stock pot over medium heat. Remove 4 sausages from casings and break meat into small pieces. Brown meat, stiring often. Meanwhile blend the diced tomatoes until mostly smooth.

2. Once the sausage has cooked add the tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Add the noodles. Cover the pot and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 20 minutes, or until noodles are done.

3. Remove from heat. Add spinach and stir until wilted. Spoon into bowls and top with cheese. Best served with french bread!
