meat of your choice
oil
garlic
salt
ginger
tomatoes
chillies
cumin powder
garam masala
curry
dhana jeero
ghee
Directions
1. Fry meat in a little oil and ground garlic, salt and ginger.
2. Then add lots of tomatoes, and chillies, cumin powder and garam masala and ordinary curry, dhana jeero, twice as much as, more than dhana jeero.
3. Put little, three to four table spoons ghee in a frying pan.
4. Cut thin slices of ginger and fry.
