Karyn’s Chicken Casserole of Karyn Johnson - Recipefy

2-3 chicken breasts or
2 cups leftover chicken or turkey
4 stocks celery, chopped
1 lb mushrooms
1 onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can chicken broth
2 tins cream of mushroom soup
2 cups raw pasta shells
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tin water chestnuts
Frozen vegetable mix

1. Pre cook diced chicken breast. In a skillet cook mushrooms in butter. Add celery, then onions and green pepper.

2. Mix everything together and pour into a large casserole dish.

3. Bake at 350°F 30-45 minutes, covered.
