Kristin's asian pasta receipe

1/4 cup sesame seeds
16 oz bow tie pasta
1/4 cup EVOO
1/3 cup light soy sauce
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
3 Tablespoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/3 cup chopped green onion

*** plus any additional veggies you want to add

Prep. Time → 15 min

1. Directions:

1. Toast sesame seeds on stovetop and set aside
2. Cook pasta, drain, rinse with cold water and transfer to large bowl
3. Mix oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, pepper together and whisk or shake well in jar / tupperware
4. Pour dressing over pasta and toss to coat. Gently mix in chicken, cilantro and green onions (and any other veggies you add)
5. Mix in sesame seeds

*** tastes the best when able to sit for a day or more in the fridge

I used Asian noodles in place of bow tie pasta. You can get them at HT in the asian food section, bottom shelf.
