Kudaimilagaai Pachadi Recipe of Mithra - Recipefy

1/2 of Green capsicum or red capsicum
1 tomato
1 Big onion
1/2 tbsp of Urad Dal
1/2 tbsp of Chana dal
2 of Red chillies
2 green chillies
1 tbsp of Cooking oil
pinch aof Hing
Salt & water as required
2 sprigs of Coriander leaves
To temper
1 tsp of Cooking oil
1/2 tsp of Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp of Urad Dal
To Roast & Grind
1/2 Green capsicum or red capsicum
1 tomato
1 big onion
1/2 tbsp urad dal
1/2 tbsp chana dal
2 Red chillies
2 green chillies
1 tbsp cooking oil
Pinch of Hing
Salt & water as required
2 sprigs coriander leaves
To temper
1 tsp cooking oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp urad dal

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. Clean and dice the onion, tomato, capsicum.
Now wash the coriander leaves.
Take a kadai and place it over the stove. Add some oil.
Once the oil is heated, roast the dals, chillies and the hing.
When it turns golden, now add the tomato, onion and capsicum.
Now add salt to taste.
Stir and saute until the tomato turns mushy.
Now, add the coriander leaves.
Once the mixture cools down. Put in a blender or mixture and grind till smooth paste.
In a seperate pan, add oil.
Once the oil is heated, add the tempering ingredients and add it to the mixture. Mix very well and serve.
