Kulfi
Recipe by
1 Cool Whip (big)
1 Ideal milk (big)
1/2 tin of condensed milk
aelchi
nutmeg
almonds and pistachios
1. Beat everything together with a cake beater.
2. Sprinkle almonds and pistachios on top
3. Mango Kulfi
Set mango juice in a bowl in the freezer.
4. Put bulfi mixture on top and set again.
5. Put in warm water and turn over on a dish
6. OR
Mix mango juice with kulfi and set it in a freezer.
7. If with sharbat, add red colour, rose essence, almonds and pistachios.
8. Set it in the Cool Whip container, if you would like to make more use an ice cream bucket.
9. Beat Ideal milk first and make it like a cream
10. Add condensed bilk, add keshar, nutmeg, aelchi and beat hard.
11. Mix in Cool Whip and set in the freezer in a bowl, Cool Whip container, or ice cream bucket.
12. When set, put in warm water and turn over to get the whole shape.
