spag bol sauce
500g ricotta
1 pack frozen spinach (thawed)
mozzarella cheese grated
lasagne noodles (instant)

1. squeeze water out of spinach
mix spinach and ricotta
spoon a little sauce in the bottom of lasagne pan (to prevent noodles sticking)
alternate layers of lasagne with spaghetti sauce.
do one layer of ricotta/ spinach
top with mozarella cheese
bake at 180 for 45 minutes (can cover with foil for first half to keep cheese from getting to brown)
Top layer of noodles needs to be covered with sauce to keep from getting crispy
