lemon & herb spaghetti recipe

1/2 lb spaghetti
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup fresh parsely
1 Tbsp oregano leaves
1 Tbsp spring of fresh thyme
1 clove of garlic
1/4 cup juice of lemon
1/2 zest of lemon
1 salt and pepper

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. 1. In a pot filled with water, add salt. Let come to a boil: then add pasta.

2. 2. In a mini food processor, add herbs and garlic. Pulse till finely chopped.
3.Add chopped herbs in bowl; add zest of lemon over it.

3. 4.In a measuring cup, add olive oil; In that, add juice of lemon.

4. 5.Add olive oil in herb mixture bowl. Mix to combine; add salt and pepper.

5. 6.When pasta is cooked, and drained, pour in herb mixture bowl; mix together.

6. 7.Let sit at room temp for 15 mins.

7. 8.Pour in serving bowl, and eat.
