Lemon pound cake

Ingredients for 1 Cake
1 box yellow cake mix (no pudding in the mix)
1 box lemon instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
Glaze: Mix 2 cups confectioner’s sugar, 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice. Boil for 2 minutes.

Cook Time → 60 min

Directions
1. Beat eggs until lemon colored. Add rest of cake mix ingredients. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer.
Pour into greased and floured angel food tube pan. Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes.
2. Remove outer pan from cake, leaving tube in cake. Prick well with long fork. Pour glaze over, using brush on sides.
Cool completely. Remove tube, slice and serve.
