Linguini with sticky chilli pork

250g linguini pasta
30ml olive oil
500g pork fillet, cut into strips
5ml mixed herbs
150ml sweet chilli sauce

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. Cook pasta according to instructions, drain and set aside.

2. Heat olive oil, add pork fillet strips. Stir-fry for 5min.

3. Stir in mixed herbs and 100ml sweet chilli sauce.

4. Lightly fry for 5-8min or until pork is cooked

5. Add pasta. Stir in remaining sweet chilli sauce.
