Liquer Chocolate Mousse in a mug of David Le Mottee - Recipefy

Dark Chocalate Layer
75g dark chocolate
1 knob of butter
1 tbsp sugar
2 eggs, separted
50ml whipping cream

White Chocolate Layer
75g white chocolate
50ml whipping cream
1 shot of crwam liqeur

Prep. Time → overnight min

Cook Time → 0 min

1. Dark chocalate Layer
Melt the dark chocolate
in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir and return for a further 30 seconds or until melted

2. Stir in the butter and sugar until smooth

3. Whisk in the egg yolks then remove from heat

4. In a bowl whip the cream until it forms a soft peak, then fold the cream into the chocolate mix, spoon a thick layer into a mug and leave in the fride for 30 mins

5. White Chocolate Layer
Meanwhile melt the white chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds stir and return for 30 seconds or until melted

6. Stir in half the cream and add the cream liqeur

7. In a bowl beat the rest of the cream until it turns into a stiff peak

8. Fold the cream into the chocolate mix

9. Take the mug from the fridge and spoon a white chocolate layer on top of the dark chocolate

10. Leave in the fridge overnight to set

11. Serveing suggestions, sprinkle with chocolate shavings
