Low Fat Watergate Salad of Shel - Recipefy

1 pkg. (1 oz.) JELL-O Pistachio Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
2-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, divided

Prep. Time → 10 min

1. MIX dry pudding mix, pineapple and yogurt in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP.

2. REFRIGERATE 1 hour.

3. SERVE topped with remaining COOL WHIP.

4. HOW TO THAW COOL WHIP WHIPPED TOPPING:
Place unopened tub in refrigerator. An 8-oz. tub will be completely thawed in 4 hours. Do not thaw in microwave.
