Marinated Flank Steak of Amy Moore - Recipefy

3/4 cup cooking oil (canola)
1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
4 garlic cloves minced or mashed
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 flank steak (about 2 lbs.- not scored)

Prep. Time → 15 (& marinade time) min

Cook Time → 10 - 15 min

1. Combine oil, soy sauce, honey, cider vinegar, green onions, garlic, and ginger.

2. Pour over steak and allow to marinate for 4 hours or more. The best is to let it marinate overnight. Use a large storage bag and flip occasionally.

3. Barbecue steak turning once, until done to your preference. About 5 minutes each side for medium rare.

4. Baste occasionally with marinade.

5. Carve into thin slices. Cutting on the diagonal from top to bottom of steak.
