1/4 cup sugar (or to taste) 1 1/2 - 2 tsp. minced/crushed garlic 1 1/2 - 2 tsp. white vinegar 1 1/2 - 2 tsp. jalapeno juice 3 to 4 sliced jalapenos chopped
