Mashed potatoes
Recipe by The Delaney Family
Ingredients for 6 servings
4 Large Baking Potatoes, peeled and halved
1/2 Cup Milk or Cream
1 Stick Butter
Salt and Pepper
Directions
1. Boil potatoes in salted water until soft.
Drain and remove from heat.
Add butter, salt, and pepper to taste.
Add milk or cream and mash. Add more as needed.
