Mashed sweet potatoes

Ingredients for 8 servings
6 Large Sweet Potatoes, peeled
1 Stick Butter
1 1/2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
1 1/2 Teaspoons Nutmeg
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1 Small Can Pineapples Chunks, drained
1 Bag Marshmallows
Directions
1. Boil sweet potatoes until tender.
Remove from heat and drain.
Add sugar, seasonings and juices.
Mash until creamy.
Mix in pineapple chunks.
Put mixture into an oven proof serving dish.
Place marshmallows over top to cover.
Broil until golden.
