Meatballs of Michel Rouse - Recipefy

1) Minced meat (lamb or beef)
2) Various spices (suggestion 1 - ground cumin, crushed chillies, onion flakes, rosemary; suggestion 2 - chipotle chilli powder, garlic powder, kalonji seeds, balsamic vinegar)
3) Cheese (suggestion: Mozzarella, Cantal, Comte)
4) Olive oil
5) Salt

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 5 min

1. Cut cheese into cubes

2. Mix minced meat with spices, little olive oil and pinch of salt

3. Wrap meat around a cube of cheese and roll into a ball

4. Fry meatballs in a frying pan
