1. 1- Poner el bizcocho con forma circular como base.
2. 2 - Cubrir el bizcocho con el merengue, formando un semicírculo hacia arriba..
3. 3 - Espolvorear el azúcar y posteriormente quemarlo con soplete.
4. 4 - Cortar por la mitad quedando la forma de media luna..
