1/2 LITRO DE CLARA.
150 GR. DE AZÚCAR
300 ML DE AGUA.
Directions
1. 1 Montar las claras..
2. 2 Elaborar almíbar hebra regular o fina y echarla a la clara a chorro fino hasta que quede consistente.
3. 3 Batir la clara durante unos 20 minutos y echarle el jarabe.
