- 1000 GR. O 1500 GR. DE AZÚCAR
- 300 ML DE AGUA.

1. - Montar las claras..
- Elaborar almibar hebra regular o fina y echarla a la clara a chorro fino hasta que quede consistente.
- Batir la clara durante unos 20 minutos y echarle el jarabe.
