-250 gr claras
-250 gr azúcar
-100 ml agua
Directions
1. 1. poner las claras en la batidora y hacer el almíbar mientras tanto
2. 2. añadirlo a la batidora a chorro fino
3. 3. sacar cuando el bol halla templado
