Meringue cookies recipe

3 egg whites
2/3 cup sugarfine sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 sweetened shredded coconut

Prep. Time → 15 min

1. 1. Preheat oven to 275*. Take a baking sheet and put parchment paper on it.

2. 2.In a bowl, add egg whites; use a hand mixer, and turn on till frothy.

3. 3.When that happens, add cream of tartar, salt. mix.

4. 4.Slowly add in sugar while mixing; mix till glossy color.

5. 5.When there, add vanilla extract, mix.

6. 6.On the baking sheet, add some dots of the egg white mixture and re-put the parchment paper on top.

7. 7.Put batter in piping bag; and circles on baking sheet apart.

8. 8.Sprinkle shredded coconut on top of circles.

9. 9.Put in oven for hour and 15 mins, halfway through, rotate baking sheet.

10. 10.Turn oven off, and leave door shut for 3 hours.
