1 pkg. white cornbread mix 1 pkg. yellow cornbread mix Prepare as directed on pkg.
Directions
1. Brown 3/4 to 1 lb. hamburger or sausage with 1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped onion. Drain. Salt and pepper to taste Add to prepared cornbread with 1 can of whole kernel corn and 1 pkg. of grated Velveeta cheese. You can chop up jalapenos if desired and add to mixture Pour into a hot oiled iron skillet or pan and bake at 375 for about 30 to 35 minutes.
