Mix well
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened 8 oz. Sour cream 4 oz. Ripe olives diced 4oz. Green chilies, diced seasoning salt flour tortillas

1. Spread mixture on tortillas. Spread very thin. Roll up like a jelly roll. Chill. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Variations: Add minced jalapenos, to taste Omit 4 Tbsp. Sour cream and add 4 Tbsp. Chunky Picante. Dice and add 2 fresh green onions, include tops Create any of your own combinations of above ingredients. They are all good.
