Mexican yellow rice recipe

1 cup cooked rice
1 olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 pepper: seeded and chopped
1 can of crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1 can of chicken stock
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 salt and pepper

Directions
1. 1. In a skillet with olive oil, put pepper and onion and garlic: salt and pepper: till caramelized.
