Microwave pecan toffee

1 cup melted butter 1 ¼ cup sugar 2 Tbsp. water 2 Tbsp. corn syrup 1 ½ cup pecans, chopped 1 cup milk chocolate chips

1. Combine butter, sugar, water and corn syrup in 2 quart glass bowl; mix well. Microwave on High for 7 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes. Microwave for 1 minutes at a time until mixtures reaches 270 to 290 degrees on candy thermometer, soft-crack stage. Stir in pecans. Pour onto large greased shallow pan. Spread quickly. Sprinkle chocolate ships over top, spreading as chocolate melts. Let stand until cooled. Break into serving pieces.
