Miso salmon

packet of red miso paste, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon water, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 skinless salmon filet

Prep. Time → 2 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. Preheat oven to 425

2. Mix together miso, soy, water and sugar

3. Pour about half of the sauce over the salmon

4. Put salmon in the oven and cook for about 10 minutes, adding the other half of the sauce about halfway through cooking time

5. Serve with brown rice and steamed broccoli

6. Enjoy!
