Mixed chocolate pudding with icecream
Recipe by
Milk-1 cup
Chocolate-1/4 cup grated
Condensed milk/milkmaid-3/4 -1 cup
Cornflour-2 tspn
Sugar-as needed
Sponge cake-4-5 thin slices
Cornflakes-2-3 tblpsn crushed
Marigold biscuit-3 crushed
Ice cream as needed
1. Boil in a milk in a pan till it becomes half the quantity.To this add grated chocolate.Stir till the chocolate melts and dissolves well in milk.Add condensed milk and mix well.Then add cornflour powder and stir till the mixture starts to thicken.Immediately remove from fire and let it cool to room temp.
2. In a glass bowl place the sponge cake slices.Pour the milk mixture.Sprinkle cornflakes and biscuit pieces on top.Cover with aluminium foil and keep in refrigerator for about 1 hr.
3. Serve chill with ice cream.
