Mocha Fruit Cake of Bradford Tetlow - Recipefy

1 kg mixed fruit
2 cups strong black coffee
150 gm Fruit & nut chocolate (chopped roughly)
2 Cups Self Raising Flour

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 120 min

1. Soak the fruit in the coffee overnight

2. Preheat oven to 180C

3. Coat 20 x 28cm tin with cooking spray line base with baking paper.

4. Mix together the fruit chocolate and flour.

5. Spoon into prepared tin and bake for 2 hours or until cooked through.
