Mom's apple crisp

6-8 Apples Peeled and sliced
10 Graham crackers, crushed
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions
1. Prepare enough apples to fill a deep dish baking pan 3/4/full.
2. Combine Graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, oats, flour and spices.
3. Add melted butter and mix well.
4. Spoon Graham mixture over apples.
5. Microwave on high for 16-18 minutes or until apples are tender.
6. Turn dish halfway through if microwave does not have turntable..
7. Cool slightly, serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
