Mushroom tikka kebab
Recipe by
10-15 button mushrooms
1 big onion cut into cubes
1 cup thick curd
2 tbsp ginger-garlic
2 small onion
6 green chillies paste
2 tblspn kasuri methi
1 tblspn red chilli powder
1 tblspn coriander powder
1 tblspn chopped celery
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
Whole garama masala-1 cardamom,i small piece,2 cloves
4 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
10-15 skewers
1. Grind together small onion,ginger ,garlic,green chillies,kasuri methi,red chilli powder, coriander powder,whole garam masala and celery to a smooth paste.
Mix the paste with curd and lemon juice.Sprinkle enough salt
2. Cut the mushrooms into half portions.Marinate the mushrooms and onion cubes with the prepared masala paste and keep for atleast 30 mints.
3. Arrange the mushrooms and onions in the skewers .
4. Heat oil in a non stick flat pan and place each of the mushroom arranged skewers on it.Fry (on low flame ) till the mushrooms are fried on all sides.Flip them on intervals.
5. Serve hot.
6. Notes: You can also oven grill them at 300 degree F.
