Mustard dressed salad

3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp mustard
1/4 lettuce
chives, chopped

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 5 min

1. In a bowl whisk the oil, vinegar, and mustard together.

2. Use a spoon to taste the dressing and season with salt and pepper.

3. Add some sugar if needed. Taste again.

4. Wash the lettuce and tear the leaves.

5. Dress the bowl with some of the dressing. Add the lettuce and dress carefully.

6. Place into a serving bowl and finish with chopped chives.
